Birthday Parties
Starting in 2026, birthday party bookings will only be available to Studio members. This means you must be a registered member, with a membership fee paid, in order to book a party.
🎈 General Info: Parties are an hour and a half long. We schedule parties on most Sundays and some Saturdays. We provide two teachers to supervise the party. The teacher’s job is to make sure the children are safely using the equipment. The teachers also help with setup and cleanup. Parents can choose to use their party time as they see fit and are welcome to ask staff for any help that is needed. It’s the parent’s responsibility to facilitate cake time, present opening, games, etc.
💰 Price: The party price is $200 and based on 16 children or less. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. The remaining $150 is due at the party. We accept cash or payments through the portal (echeck, debit card, credit card). Additional fees: $4 for each additional child after the first 16. Max of 25 children.
👕 Attire: We recommend that children dress in athletic or comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Children entering the studio (gym floor) must be barefoot.
📝 Waiver: Upon entering, each parent will need to sign a liability waiver for their child.
✅ Entering & Leaving: We block off a two hour time slot for each party. This gives parents 15 minutes to set up, an hour and a half for the party, and 15 minutes for clean up and departure. Please be conscious of your start and end time. We often have classes, events and/or lunch breaks backed up to party times so it’s important to enter and leave the gym at your scheduled time.
🎂 Important Reminders-
*Party goers are responsible for bringing tableware, decorations, cake/ice cream, drinks, etc.
*You are welcome to bring pizza and or snacks. All food must stay at the party tables in the waiting room. (We have three folding tables for your use).
*You are welcome to bring a piñata, games, goodie bags, etc.
*Due to our limited trash service, pizza boxes and piñatas must be discarded by the partygoers. We will take care of all other trash.
*We have a freezer available to store ice cream. We have a cake knife, lighter, ice cream scooper, and piñata stick/rope that is available for you to use.
