Stretch & Strength Class
This class will emphasize the following areas:
Stretching – to enhance flexibility
Strength – to simplify skill mastery
Cardio – to improve endurance
Open to all students in grades 2-12, this class operates on a drop-in basis, allowing you the flexibility to join whenever it suits you. While it can serve as a stand alone option, it also makes an excellent complement to your regular weekly instructional classes. Instructors use a variety of skill mats, stretch straps, exercise bands, yoga blocks, etc to maximize the experience. This class is built to work at each persons individual pace.
